Hi, it's Wendy here! I want to dedicate this post to the incredibly important, but often overlooked, process of DREAMING! I'm convinced that if you can dream it, God can do it! Life is so busy, and it's so easy to get off the course you originally set for yourself. That's why it's so important to keep your dreams front and center in your mind. The best way I've learned to do this is by writing my dreams and goals on paper and keeping them before my eyes so I'm able to stay focused and live purposefully.
This past weekend I had the privilege of attending aTerri Savelleevent in Fort Worth, Texas. I was reminded of the simple discipline of creating a personal vision board and reflecting on it daily. Terri has been a mentor of mine over the past several years. [If you click on her name in the first sentence of this paragraph, you will be taken directly to her website to learn more.] She has helped so many people dream bigger and develop clear goals for their lives with very practical steps.
Here are 3 keys to achieving your goals:
- Writing your goals down helps keep your commitment.
- Looking at it every day increases your commitment.
- Being around big dreamers increases your commitment.
